I saw Dr. Zang for a root canal in October. I was given a quote by his office manager for the work. I signed it and agreed. I ended up spending over $500 more than that quote due to, as they called it, "human error". That human error was never fixed but I was already half way through the procedure. I agreed to pay the difference so that the work would get done. By the way, Dr. Zang said about 5 words to me over my 4 office visits. My work was completed in December. Today, 2/9/12, I receive a bill in the mail requesting me to pay more money. They weren't honest from the get go and never even requested that I become a full time patient (i.e. schedule a follow up visit in 6 months). They want your money and not your business. If you go, enjoy!
