The guy who came by from Summit Heating & Air Conditioning was great. I was recommended to them by my home warranty company, but it turned out they didn't cover the type of work I needed. So I paid for it myself, though I should have just called Summit directly.
The technician found the problem with my humidifier: its filter hadn't been cleaned and that created a leak. He showed me what needed to be done. He was knowledgeable and gave me a couple different inexpensive solutions to get around the problem or fix it on my own. To have had it fully repaired would have been out of my ballpark, but they were very helpful and didn't take advantage of me even though I don't know jack about HVAC systems.
