My fiance had flowers delivered to me at my office. I noticed that half of the flowers in the bouquet were dying (multiple coworkers had also commented on the fact they were dying). I had called Soderbergs explaining the state of the flowers. The receptionist put the manager on the phone after I explained I would not be in the office tomorrow if they delivered a new bouquet. The manger Kym got on the phone and said she does not believe that my flowers are dying as they got fresh flowers in their store this morning. She also demanded that I send a photo to her email to prove they were dying. I was shocked that she would questions a customer and act so rude about it. I would not do business with this company in the future as the experience ruined a sweet gesture from my fiance.
