I went in on a Sunday (no emergency fee) and was greeted immediately by friendly staff who seemed genuinely concerned with my Missy. Missy does not like the smell of other kitties (she is an only kitty) and even with foster kittens in the lobby, the facility did not smell of animals. Even though it was busy, we were seen in a timely fashion, and Dr. Long was very helpful. They even called later to see how she was doing! Even with the lab work and medicine it was cheaper than what I thought!
