I was first recommended to Dr. McKinney by a friend who was her client years ago before High Plains opened up. Dr. McKinney handled Sasha's first gall stones problem then and I followed Dr. McKinney to High Plains & met Dr. Pierce who has been seeing my Maine Coon since. Dr. Pierce is familiar with all the problems an old cat can have. They are always gentle with touchy cats and can quickly diagnose issues & suggest reasonable treatment. Reasonable prices when I finally had to put her down. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good vet - especially a good cat vet - which is hard to find in the Springs.
