Realtor Jerry Sharp referred me to Mr. Fowler, who I hired, for a home inspection. The report Mr. Fowler submitted showed no significant problems so I purchased the property. After I took possession of the property I began to question certain items on his report. After numerous requests Mr. Fowler finally submitted a different report on the home inspection ONE YEAR AFTER CLOSING. The full report differed from the report I received prior to closing. Estimates for repairing problems not identified in the report Mr Fowler submitted prior to closing were in excess of $30,000. Mr. Fowler did not offer to help and State Farm, where he has his error and omissions insurance, told me to go hire an attorney.||[]
