the receptionist from january didn't have me in the computer for a haircut and i almost wasn't allowed one..the supervisor came over and said i had to reschedule but luckily the permanent that was waiting was given to another unbusy student. therefore they "allowed" me to get a haircut- receptionists should more clearly listen to patrons and when a f/u is emailed it should clearly state what you are confirming- this has not been my experience- there is also no where to confirm and question it. this is also my 1st computerized feedback- i hope it goes to the ceo- better communication with the stylists is also needed- no one ever checks with them and they get "rushed"- the girl i got yesterday doesn't graduate until august 2012 and she is still slower- she did a very good job, however, and i love my new cut!
