This was my first haircut/color experience at MW. Charlie was extremely helpful in explaining the process, especially since I wanted a change in my cut. I gave her "free run" in changing my hair color, and she chose a color close to my natural color. I love it! Not only is she knowledgeable about Aveda products, she is a delight!
