I had a very nice visit. I really appreciated how much time Dr. Hinchey took with me and also that the exam wasn't just about my teeth (checked lips, tongue, gums, etc.). Very thorough. That has not been my experience at most other dental practices lately. Also, I thought the hygienist was very friendly and did a great job. My teeth felt and looked so much better after leaving, and as someone with sensitivity, it's great to have someone who can be gentle yet thorough. All in all a great experience. My only suggestions are to make sure there is someone at the front desk when patients arrive and to make sure the front door closes fully because it was chilly in the waiting room.
