Unbelievably poor service. The office staff did not return phone calls in a timely fashion, if at all. Several people came to look at my water heater and it took 4 visits to diagnose the problem, which was caused by Buttermark installing the wrong heater.\r

We were told on three different phone calls that Paul, the owner, was going to come to my home. No shock--he never did.\r

We did not have hot water for 12 days because we were jerked around. Only got immediate service when I told office staff that I was contacting a lawyer.\r

Incredibly expensive for subpar service.
