Replaced unnecessarily, perfectly good existing brake pads, and in the process damaged brake linings leading to huge oil loss. CarX then refused to repair damage caused by them intentionally or incompetence or accident. Their lies on work order reflect their intentions. Ended up paying for brakes that I did not need, had to tow away my car that I drove in with. I would not recommend them to anybody for lack of business or any other ethics.
