After surviving Sears and Home Depot's "customer no-service" over a period of over three months, Livingood's delivered my new oven after "only" a period of four weeks, start to finish, with friendly service. They did a great job of installing my 24" oven without having to tear up my cabinets: all they did was adjust the screws on the cabinet doors adjacent to the oven opening. Sears nor Home Depot could do this - they had no one to work on cabinets to get it installed. Home Depot's oven sat in my garage for five weeks while they tried to find another oven or a person to look at the cabinetry. The Sears man wanted me, a middle-aged woman, to help him lift the oven out. In the process, he nicked my brand new black leather dinette chair. He also told me to give him all 5"s on his evaluation or else he would get written up. Livingood's was the least of three evils. Doesn't anyone want to self ovens anymore? But at least the installation was done well, and now I have an oven. There is a God
