WAY overpriced! I did not have issues with the service performed but now feel like I was ""upsold"" and I suffered from massive sticker shock when they charged me $977 to replace a recirc pump on our boiler system and that included $173 charge to have an electrician show up for 15 minutes to turn off the breaker. This was to deal with a leak. They also recommended additional work and quoted me over $700 for that task. I passed on that additional work and called another reputable plumber / hydronics company and they did that work for $230. This was a savings of about $500 dollars. This second company also told me they would have fixed the leak and replaced the pump for $620 versus the $977 I paid AAA. \r
\r
IN SUMMARY, if I had called the other reputable service company with which I had dealt before, I would have spent only $850 total versus the $1677 total that AAA would have charged had they done both tasks. You got it: THAT's ABOUT TWICE THE COST BY USING AAA.\r
\r
YOU BETTER GET OTHER QUOTES PRIOR TO PAYING THIS OUTFIT!\r
\r
by the way, when I called the company to speak with owner and protest, they never gave me the courtesy of a call back.....
