Food is a little better than average, but when delivery takes 30 to 45 minutes LONGER than they tell you, then say "driver left 15 min ago be there any minute" and arrives 20 more minutes later it makes you wonder. This is the 2nd order we placed and had the same issue both times. Chinese lady answering phone always says 'be there any minute" and gives lame excuses for the long delivery delay. FYI: This order was placed at 11:15am and at 12:35pm still not delivered less than 3 miles. Will not order from there again.
UPDATE: Food got here about 12:45 - 32 minutes past estimated delivery time, which is generally 1 hour after you place the order anyway. Rice was cold; eggroll was cold; potstickers had no dipping sauce, were dry and very nasty tasting. S&S Chicken was warm, not hot, and the only thing edible in the meal. DEFINITELY will not order from here again.
