IECR did a great job! Don was amazing he fixed a snag in our burner carpet that was 4 feet long and saved us from having to replace the hole carpet. We also had a tear in a bedroom carpet from the previous owners dog and he fixed that also. We had no spare carpet remnants but he took a patch from the closet to fix the tear and patched the closet with a v Rey similar piece that he had. He quoted us a price which was true and he arrived right on time and called about 20 min before his scheduled time to let us know he was on his way. He also does new carpet installation and cleaning, and we will definately keep his card handy for all our carpet needs. Every business should take take training from Don on how to deliver great customer service. Can't say enough good things.
