Ordered for future delivery at 915pm as I wouldn't be home until 9pm but didn't want to wait for delivery once I got there. They left a message for me at 830, saying they had my order and were waiting outside my home. I contacted Eat24 at 10 after 9, and they contacted Assam. Eat24 took care of the costs associated with our order and explained Assam was just going to redeliver the original order they had cooked over an hour ago; however, they told them absolutely not, to cook fresh food, and it would be about 40 minutes for delivery. At 930pm, the food miraculously arrived, the driver was rude as hell, and the food was clearly the EXACT food they had originally made. Food was luke warm, chicken way over cooked, tikka masala tasted like canned tomato sauce, the garlic Naan was cold and hard....even for a free meal it was awful. Horrible customer service and they should be embarrassed to deliver food that has been sitting for over an hour who knows where?! Will never order from this place again!
