HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Our order was placed on December 4, 2012. NOTHING WAS EVER RECEIVED and the business did not contact us that there was any difficulty with the order. Called 12/18/2012 and were told that the fax that was required and that was submitted on 12/5/2012 was illegible. NO ONE EVER CONTACTED US TO SAY THE FAX WAS ILLEGIBLE. They charged my credit card on the day of order but let the package sit, unshipped, and we were never contacted that there was a difficulty with the order. Had I not called yesterday to check on status I would never have been told there was a problem and would never have received my order. They refused to accept responsibility and refused to ship the item overnight (at their expense). Their customer service is HORRIBLE, and stayed on hold for over 10 minutes. Unacceptable customer service and unnaceptable NON-delivery of item.
