Placed order in August for 82 yr old grandmother. Windows were supposed to be in mid-Oct. Called was told mid-Nov. Called in November and they couldnt install till January. Refused to refund money paid to them. Refused to make earlier appointment. Had to call attorney general to get windows put in on Dec 17. They called after appointment time on 17th to cancel. Finally came 2 hours after appointment time on 19th of Dec. Very unprofessional and rude. Asked to. Speak to owner and was hung up on. They take advantage of elderly and are slow and rude. Installers were nice. Only nice thing I can say.
