I purchased a regulator valve made by Watts and had it installed on my new oil furnace. It only lasted 15 months and cost me $130.00 to have replaced. I contacted the company and was told the warrantee has expired, which I had stated to them when I emailed them. They provided no reason as to why the valve lasted such a short time and showed no customer service skills. This company uses inferior materials and has a poor quality inspection process.
