Since there doesn't seem to be a way to answer the unfounded reviews, I would like to comment here. What renters don't understand is the no management company can refund their deposit, only the owners can. I wish we could refund all deposits; it would be far less work for us not having to coordinate work to be done and getting unfair reviews from tenants who obviously didn't leave the home in good condition. Since the owners keep the deposit-we don't get a dime, why would we create more work for ourselves? We also can't force an owner to do repairs. It is their home and their money. Again the management company is the one who is blamed even though we have no control. It is also a little unprofessional to say what we do is illegal. We wouldn't be in business very long and as successful as we are if ANYTHING were illegal or discriminatory. This is a highly regulated industry; why would we do anything to jeopardize our business? The answer is nothing. I truly feel bad for renters like these, that could not get their deposit back or had an owner who wouldn't or couldn't do the repairs they asked for. We work tirelessly to provide good service to owners and renters but just can't make everyone happy no matter how hard we try!
