I have been a spa owner for many years and use it routinely twice a day, year round. The current spa has had a series of out of the ordinary problems that required numerous service calls. As a result, I developed a ""relationship"" with both the service manager and the head field tech. My experience was they both went above and beyond in their efforts to correct the problems. I live a distance from Taylors, but response was always prompt. As far as customer service and field support, I am extremely satisfied. I would and have recommended them to a friend.
