So I had left a comment on their facebook page about how I had gone in and the service has always been terrible. I've been ignored for 10-15 minutes while holding my purchase in my hand at the counter. The younger guy who works in the strings has always been polite though. Anyways so I put that my experience had been less than optimal. I immediately got a message from greg golden asking me if I had a beef and leaving other comments in my feed about needing to contact him. They all felt vaguely threatening. I guess me expressing my opinion over MY experience at his store was a reason for beef. I feel that was a little kid tactic and this company is not ran by a fully functioning adult. I've spent roughly 3k here in the last two years every time I've ever shopped here I've swore to never come back. And after his lame attempt to bully me over facebook I promise this will be the last time I ever even think about this place except to tell people that it is a terrible shop.\r
Final verdict: This place is rude. The customer service is Non-Existent. The owner doesn't care about what his shop does, he only cares if you tell someone. Drive to sac or browse ebay for your next purchase.
