I will be telling everyone I come in contact with, to shop elsewhere. Your salesperson and manager ripped me off; and of all times, at Christmas! You (your sales reps) never told me of your return policy! We actually conducted business at the end of your counter where there were no postings of your lame return policy. I bought a gift for my son, which he did not want. Upon trying to return it, we were only offered store credit, which we did not want. Because of your poor business practice and unwillingness to work with people, we are stuck with your merchandise and the installation fee we paid for! I don't know how you guys sleep at night! You also charged me $56 more than the retail price of your products! I ran a bar code application and your prices were discriminatory! I am telling everyone I know not to shop at TAS, especially the McCord location! You are the worst business people I have ever encountered!\r
