I was so pleased with yesterday's oil change service, I have to rave about it since I feel they deserved it. Pulled up and a valet quickly took my car to park for me since there were a lack of spots. Walked in without an appointment and bright-eyed young man with a tie gladly slipped me in to get my car done. \r \r Meanwhile, I waited in the lounge getting some work done on my laptop with the free WiFi (finally useful). Waited for about two hours since I was there without an appointment which wasn't too bad at all. I went up to the cashier to pay and lo and behold - the price was competitive to Toyota for synthetic. I expected much higher for the luxury brand but I don't mind expecting this! The car came back washed and slightly waxed in areas I knew there were scratches (plus). I also came in with the tire pressure light on (which I forgot to ask about) - now it is gone, they pumped my tires for me. And the interior of the cabin was slightly cleaned with emphasis on the dirty mats I had. Aww shucks they didn't need to do that! I smiled as I got back in my car for the road home knowing that my car is in better condition than it came in - dirty with nearly flat tires. \r \r OOOOK these guys want a good review. They got it. more
