They have poor customer service. I was told on the phone that they could tell me my diopter from my existing glasses and would do so for no charge. This would enable me to get some swimming goggles that would help me see while swimming. \r
When I arrived at the store, I was then informed that they would not do it, and that I needed to see a doctor for a prescription. I wouldn't have minded if that was what they had told me on the phone.\r
I will be getting my next set of glasses elsewhere.
