Awful insurance. Since the beginning they started doing sooo many mistakes on my claim which, tells you they aren't experienced on what they are doing. Only one person working at their Bristol/Warner location in Santa Ana Ca. and everytime I went it was a different person.They charge you extra money or should I say, tips that go into their own pockets. These people aren't trustworthy. I say, go with proffesionals who do know what they are doing, because this insurance will just give you problems after problems. I made the mistake on coming here with them but lesson learned.
