When we first showed Matt are minor indoor plumbing woes, he immediately suspected our house was suffering from excessive water pressure. Matt checked our water pressure and discovered it was about 50 psi too high. The excessive pressure had created the constantly running toilet in our bathroom. And, as Matt explained, the toilet was basically a water bomb biding its time before explosion. (Think how much time, trouble, and money that would have cost to repair.)
Matt originally had come to fix our short list of minor problems on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. On Tuesday he managed to have enough time to save us from the big plumbing disaster. I am relieved that Matt caught our problem before it became a huge problem.
