Joining Get in Shape for Women has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself! I truly look forward to my workout which I do four times per week. (Who would have thought I would have ever said that?? I have never been an ""exercise"" person in my entire life, but it is just a part of my lifestyle now - can't ever see me not doing it now!) I have learned so much about exercise as well as nutrition. Nutrition is a really big part of the program. The changes I have made in my diet have not only helped me to lose weight (almost 40 pounds!), but it has helped me to feel so much better and have much more energy! People tell me all of the time how much younger I look (and who doesn't like hearing that)!! \r

The manager of GISFW and the trainers there are so helpful, so encouraging, and so supportive. They go out of their way to help you....they want you to see results as bad as you want to see them! \r

So if you are looking for a place to enjoy working out, to learn how to take care of your body through proper nutrition, as well as to meet some really great people along the way....then I highly recommend that you join Get in Shape for Women!! I give it 5 stars for sure!!
