This is not an ethical or professional Wellness Center. I saw Ian for auto accident injuries, and after leaving me on hold for a very long time and then trying to dial another # on my line, his front desk scheduled me for an appt. (for some reason needing to clarify that it was for Chiropractic? what?), she assured me that the first time would be $200. Ian charged my auto insurance $340. Ian also brought me his supplements, assuring me that they would be covered by my insurance...another $140. Of course, auto insurance does not cover supplements(a $50.00 bottle of FISH OIL????). Ian has informed me I am still ""responsible"" for the grossly overpriced products, that I already had different brands of in my kitchen cupboard prior to this visit. Ian is clearly inexperienced and not ""responsible"" for his mistakes. In fact, he made a huge profit off his mistake. His new massage therapist is also focused on a sales agenda. After a massage that was being billed to State Farm, she went on to inform me about their massage ""club"" that could directly deduct $ from my checking account each month???? Shouldn't the focus be on me, my recovery, and pain. Why would I go outside of my auto accident insurance? The next week I even received a letter from her about the ""club"" and a coupon for a discounted massage.....she clearly has never been in an auto accident, did not care about mine, and wanted to sell something....This place is about profit, business and a sales agenda. They do not care about the healing or pain of their patients. They have actually created more stress for me, and the massage I received there actually made my neck feel worse...I am a bodyworker/healer in the Denver/Boulder area, trust me there is far better care in the area. more
