Oh my, the worst customer service that i've had to deal with over the time period of about two years with orbit leasing has been the worst ever. Reading everyone's comments, i can't see how ""Tony"" and Linda are still with the company.I too have tried to speak professionally with them to make arraingments from time to time and had to ask for Tony's supervisor whom was just as rude. When asked to speak with somone else,I was told that their is no one else. This last time i tried to get till the end of month to get my payment in and was told"" No"",Carmen, you know you're not going to pay till the third when all i said was ""That's as far as i can see was the third but was going to work on getting payment in before then"".My car was shut down. Now i get a letter saying what i promised to do. What part of that don't they understand.""You shut the dam car off,we never came to an agreement, you did what you thought was best but i lost money by not having transportation.Carmen \r
