AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID ! extremely RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL management and service team. They have absolutely no respect for customers. Manager is extremely unprofessional and classless. Business has zero incentive to care about customers since they have steady stream of new traffic in 3rd street promenade (people who do not yet know how terrible this place is). \r

We were a group of 10 UCLA researchers and called them a night before to double-check the Arcade hours. They clearly told us Arcade was open till 1 AM. We also politely asked if they would allow a toddler with her parents just in the arcade room and they said OK over the phone. We drove more than 40 miles and we got there at 9:45 pm the day after on Thursday December 27. They rudely closed the arcade at 9:50 pm and did not allow us in the arcade. It was also funny to hear that ONE little half-filled starbucks coffee cup was not allowed in since they said there is health hazard associated with it !!! I would have been much better off if they would have told me they want only to sell their own coffee inside even though I went there with 9 other people to spend money on their Arcade ! ... I wonder what CEO of Starbucks ""Howard Schultz"" would say about its coffee's health hazards in a classless sport bar ?! ... Owner should be completely out of touch with business operation and CRM to have selected current classless manager who seems to hardly have even the expertise to manage a kindergarten ... Manager officially stated at length about the extent he felt customer was miserable and that customers had no credibility. ... This sport bar should have been out of business long ago if it was located in any other place in Los Angeles.
