cricket overall is a very poor service company in signal, phones and customer service both by phone and this location. Dropped calls, poor or no signal, phone acting up, needing to be charged after only 6 hours of standby only, won't replace unless you pay more after only having the original phone and service for 30 days. Don't waste your time and money on this company. I've tried many contract and no contract this by far is the worse. If you have poor signal they say dial *and a set of numbers and hour before you leave so you can have a decent signal that's crazy!!!
