I filed a claim with ClaimStar in August 2012, and it took until mid October for the claim to be worked out with the insurance company. Took till mid November to receive the first disbursement check and that was after contacting them continously day after day. The 2nd check was issued to them in Oct and cleared the insurance company's bank in early Nov. I still do not have that check to pay my contractor for the work that was done. How long does it take to even get a call back from them.....DO NOT USE!!!! THEY CASH THE CHECKS AND DON'T ISSUE THE MONEY THAT'S DUE
