Michael is great! Compared to fly-by-night HVAC contractors, Michael is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He fully explained and fixed the issue with our heat pump and even identified and corrected installation mistakes (that I assumed existed) the prior HVAC company had made for no additional charge. I will definitely be calling Michael for our next HVAC service call.
