Dangerous CTC driver in medium all in one size light grey truck with CTC logo printed on the door; California license plate 7L81568; on 12/28/12 7PM northbound on India St at Sassafras St. in left lane; his lane ended and the CTC driver did not merge properly into center lane I was driving in; he clearly saw me, I honked, he honked back. He tailgated other drivers before nearly running into me.
