Called the company for a heating problem. Was told someone would be at our home between 930am-130pm. When no one showed, called and was told ""someone"" cancelled our appointment. When asked who cancelled, we were told ""we don't have that information"". We called this company once before and the same thing happened. TWO TIMES NO SHOW. NEVER AGAIN. Terrible company with awful service, or should I say NO SERVICE. Waste of your time.
