The fish is ridiculously fresh for anywhere, much less a state over 700 miles inland. The sushi chef is formally trained and creates sushi that displays his experience, unlike any other establishment in Billings. As far as the rolls warmth, sushi will be a bit warm when fresh sushi rice is used (it comes directly from a steamer). Also, the price is right for the quality and outstanding service I have come to expect at the grill. The atmosphere is so soothing. Just all around great from top to bottom.
