Installed a $4400 fireplace from CHC earlier this year. Called to get information on how to use it. Salesperson was rude and disrespectful as ""he"" had not sold it to me, another salesperson did who is not in their office. Was ""doing me a favor"" talking with me. Good grief. Maybe a $4400 fireplace isn't expensive to them, but for us, it was a large investment. He would charge us a service call to come out and show us how to ""season"" it and use it. Really. Called and left message for the company owner. Recommend them? Nope.
