Myself and a colleague both used Thomas Telecom to install surveillance systems in our businesses. Both of us started having issues with the system not recording when it should have been and shutting down on its own constantly. I called them to report the problem and the person who answered said they would call me back. He never did. I have since called almost a hundred times and they never pick up or respond to voicemails. My friend has pretty much gone through the same headache with these guys.
