Very Helpful! We called Samsung and they recommended we contact A&G for service. We had a Samsung TV 4 years old in need of service. A&G sent a tech to our home to check the TV. Tech found the problem and called back to his shop. Shop supervisor advised me to contact Samsung stating this was a fairly common issue and Samsung may cover part of the repair. I am glad I did as we saved over $180 thanks to there recommendation. A&G sent a very courteous and knowledgeable tech and backed it up with great customer service. We will use them for any future service. Thank you for the great service.
