I lived at The continental for two years, but recently moved out due to purchasing my first house (woo hoo!) Professionally, I acquire / finance apartment buildings throughout the US; my assessment of the apartment is B quality in an A location. I would recommend this building to anyone who wants easy access to the best of the east side of Cleveland (the rapid, restaurants, stores, parks, etc.), but does not need abundant amenities. The staff is courteous and responsive; I never heard any noise from my neighbors; and parking is reasonably priced. For the money, I think this is a fabulous building.
