I can't believe how disappointed they have made me!! I was using Cynthia for years, and my parents, and grandparents, used her for literally decades. She was a good tax preparer and always took good care of my entire family. Then she retired and has left the business to her kids and unfortunately the service, accuracy, and care didn't pass along with it. I went to Yaron for my taxes in 2010 and he didn't seem or feel confident in his actions. But I put that aside and trusted that his mom did a great job so I'm sure it would continue with him. Dead wrong. I just got off of the phone (only because I called them) to follow-up from stopping by to show them the IRS sent a letter stating no filing had occurred and guess what!! They never filed it!!! I paid them to, I was told by Yaron he did, and when I demand a receipt to answer this letter from the IRS his assistant Debbie tells me they just filed it today!!!!
