Worst furniture experience ever! When i first bought my furniture everything went ok. I went with the in house financing because it seemed like an ok deal as long as i paid it off within 90 days . After finally getting my furniture delivered after a few cancellations they actually delivered the wrong chaise for my sectional. I was told that if i kept the incorrect piece that i would receive a discount of $50 , so i kept it and never recieved my discount... My ""Ashley"" Sectional fell apart very quickly after light use ( the back actually came completely off!) so I was actually glad that the salesman added the the extended warranty ($150) even though i didnt want it. It was a long and adruous process to put in the paper work to have my furniture replaced but after 6 months the warranty company finally gave approval for my furniture to be replaced.. so i figured it would be easy sailing from there... not true! I have had to go to the store on 3 different occasions and when i finally picked out my replacement ( they no longer sell the original which i LOVED) I'm told that i have to pay $500 difference even though my sectional cost the same price because for some reason the actual price of my sectional was not on the reciept! So they are claiming that i paid $500 less than i actually did. I was told that they add 15% when you do in store financing.. I was NEVER told this when i purchased my furniture nor is it on ANY of the paperwork! I decided to give up on that issue and asked that they give me list of sectionals that would be in the price range of what they claimed i paid and was told that i would recieve an email the same day. My husband called every day for a week where the same manager promised every day for a week that he would ""get right on it"" . When i finally called for myself I was told that the manager that we originally spoke with would be on vacation for the next 10 days and i would have to wait.. after finally speaking to another manager that swore he would take care of it , i was promised a call back and have called back every day for yet another week. The managers are actually actively avoiding me!! So unprofessional! This situation is beyond ridiculous. I guess Im getting what i deserve for shopping at a sub par furniture store. I am a VERY unhappy customer.. but of course they dont care because they already have my money.
