Do not recommend the one-time service as they did not do the work as promised. Specifically, they claimed that they would scrub the tile kitchen floors. They did not do it. Further the remainder of their work was very superficial. They broke a pottery piece. Their charges are excessive and expensive given the poor quality of their cleaning. It took several phone calls to receive partial compensation for the broken piece and the undone cleaning.
