Treatment was thorough and professional, but I was also informed well and thoroughly by staff, hygienist, and doctors, all three, about just what was happening and why. That combination of attentive, qualified, expert care, with equally attentive and careful explanation/inclusion of the patient in the process was something I greatly appreciated.
