This is by far the worst customer service taxi cab service. I called at 8pm the night before to schedule cab service at 7am. For the second time in a row, the taxi was late. I called the office to find out where the taxi was at because I needed to catch the 7:30 am bus in order to be at work on time. The lady who answered the phone told me the taxi didn't get the dispatch until 15 minutes until it was time to pick me up. I asked her why because I called ahead of time in order for him to be at my house on time. She told me that was policy and I just needed to be patient. Really???? What's the point of scheduling cab service if you are just going to come when you feel like it. So the cab finally pulls up at 7:20 am and has the audacity to ask me why would I call the office on him. They have to be kidding me!!!! I work in transportation as well and customer service is the strongest key for repeat customers. If you're not on a schedule, then be my guest to use this service, but if you need to be somewhere in at a specific time, you are better off calling a friend and giving them gas money. This company is a joke!! They may have been in service for years, but they have certainly forgot what customer service is all about. I can't wait to provide my feedback on the next update on professional shuttle and taxi services in Atlanta vicinity. They are sure not to be first on my list. more
