Called to have them come help with an hvac issue. Said they'd be here at 10 am the next morning, called out of work to wait. I called them at 10:30 to confirm and they said they were on the way. I called again at 2pm and they did not answer. Apparently they choose whether they want to give you good customer service or not. I'd rather go with professionals.
