This has absolutely been the greatest self improvement ever. I am almost 5 months post surgery and loving to look in the mirror -side view- what a difference. I had upper and lower abs along with waist and hips. At age 55, having moved over 15 times as a military wife, it is always an adjustment to begin over and over again with working out and finding friends and setting a routine, the hectic life has taken a toll on my body and self image. I can already tell this is the jump start I needed and look forward to comments from friends and family who have no idea I spent just a couple hours at Sonobello with friendly and lovely ladies attending Dr. Christensen.
