THIS REVIEW PROCESS IS IMPOSSIBLE TO USE.I'M ONLY PROCEDING BECAUSE DARREN R WAS SO GOOD WHEN HE SERVICED MY AIR AND HEATING UNIT 11/12/12.This is more than I can say for the rest of your company.specfical your supervisors,your coustomer service ieNICOLE SPAGNA,AND JEFF STAGNOLI.They have letters that I sent them in July and August 2012.,I have yet to have a response, my experience with BLUE DOT has been awful.I had a new unit installed and it was a nightmare.The saga started JUNE 5TH AND WAS NOT RESOLVED UNTIL JULY 16.You can find all this in your records.This experience has left me with little regard for your company.
