I was having problems with my car and I didn't know if my transmission was going or had went. I took it into Budget Transmission Center with no appointment. They took a few hours to investigate, called back, and said that the transmission was fine but some parts around the transmission had went. In addition, they told me that my driver's side axle rod had went. I asked them to fix everything.
Not even three days later, my car totally froze while I was driving. I came to find out that the new axle rod they had put on had broken. My car totally stopped on me, and the only response they had is that the piece broke. I do have a warranty on the work they did, but as a whole, I was not happy that day.
